With clear communication both internally but also externally, we will drive the development work forward. By annually evaluating our competence needs and adding the necessary resources, we will increase the commitment and awareness of our employees and current stakeholders. Our set goals and current action plans for quality and food safety will be continuously evaluated over the year.
